We specialise in fabric structures, shelters, sheds and hangars for Queensland.  Cost effective options to traditional

steel sheds and shelters, very strong, in fact they have been engineered with Cyclones in mind.

We waited 3 weeks to venture down to take a look and photos above.  When others experience this type

of devastation the last thing they need is for you to get in the way.  We were very surprised by

the good humour we found the locals to be in, despite the great difficulties they had experienced.

Silkwood and Kurramine Beach were still without electricity, and it looked like, from the appearance

of the electrical poles, that it could be another week without electricity for them.

Living in Far North Queensland in a Cyclone Belt, is a little like Russian Roulette, you never know when or where

they will hit.  Cyclone Larry was an enigma, it traveled virtually in a straight line to the Innisfail coast, which

is highly unusual for a Queensland Cyclone, then amazingly Cyclone Watti followed almost directly in his path.

Fortunately Watti fizzled out!  Had Larry been just 100km further North, these pictures would have been of Cairns.
