Failure is a
Perception
The only difference between the billionaire
and park dweller is self perception.
Perception is a bit like snakes and ladders, we are all either on an
upward climb towards personal achievement or on the downward slide
to a void of powerlessness and misconception.
Who was it who said "What we perceive we can conceive?"
Our perceptions are made up from the experiences of our lives, past
and present and can be nurtured and trained to achieve success
beyond our wildest dreams. On the other hand seemingly
insurmountable obstacles can throw us into a perceptive nose dive
that can sabotage our
Leadership strength and damage our personal
and business confidence.
Everybody has the ability to be powerful yet ... many stay caught in
a pit of negative emotions, fears, judgmentalism, victimization and
preconceived notions.
These very attitudes kill off relationships,
businesses and self respect.
Fortunately they are only learned habit responses to some of the
tougher times we have had to deal with in life and with the smallest
amount of work, they can be eliminated from our lives for ever.
By altering our own
perception we can make a difference to alter
the perception of those around us.
